
Counter Tops
Marble: Mix one Tbsp castile soap with a quart of warm water, rinse well, then dry with a warm cloth.
Other surfaces: halved lemon dipped in baking soda to scrub off residues. Follow up, by spraying with glass cleaner mix (below). 1/4 cup vinegar or 1 Tbsp lemon juice 2+ cups water
Fill a clean spray bottle with water and either white vinegar or lemon juice; wipe with a rag or old newspaper.
Baking Soda. Dissolve 4 tablespoons baking soda in 1 quart warm water for a general cleaner. Or use baking soda on a damp sponge. Baking soda will clean and deodorize all kitchen and bathroom surfaces.
Creamy Soft Scrub 2 Cups Baking Soda 1/2 Cups Liquid Castile Soap 4 tbsp vegetable glycerine (preservative) 5 or more drops essential oil (optional - try tea tree, rosemary, or lavender) Mix together and store in a sealed glass jar. shelf life of 2 years. Great for Kitchen counter tops, stove tops, bathroom sinks, etc. For really tough jobs, spray with vinegar first, diluted or not, and let sit. Then follow with scrub.
